There are two ways to upload your Web site's files to your Web space.
METHOD ONE: Via the File Manager tool in your cPanel.
METHOD TWO: By connecting to the server using an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program installed on your local desktop or laptop computer.
Which method you choose is up to you. Some people like the convenience of using their favorite FTP program in which you can usually set up a bookmark for the server which retains your login information, making the connection process more convenient. Sometimes you may find that using the compression and extraction features of File Manager can make the installation of custom application scripts or the upload of large groups of files (compressed) easier.
